Here is how to prepare so your samples come out right the first time.\n\nBefore requesting samples, prepare:\n- Your logo file in vector format (AI or EPS).\n- Pantone color numbers if you need specific colors.\n- Reference photos of similar products you like.\n- Clear notes on any modifications from the standard model.\n\nWhat to expect:\n- Sample time is usually 7-15 days depending on customization.\n- Sample cost varies: stock models with logo are cheap, fully custom samples cost more. Most factories refund sample fees when you place a bulk order.\n- Shipping to you is by express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) and takes 3-7 days.\n\nWhen you receive the sample, check:\n1. Logo position, size, and color accuracy.\n2. Lid fit and leak test (fill with water, shake it).\n3. Insulation performance (pour hot water, feel the outside wall — it should stay cool).\n4.
